JUNIOR REDS IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR BOTH PLAYERS AND COACHES
Our players get the opportunity to play with their friends as well as participate in sessions with Professional Trainers.
Our volunteer coaches also get an opportunity to develop their skills with coach mentoring sessions.

$25 Playtime Sports Education - Credit Program
1. Program Overview
SoCal Reds FC operates the MLS GO Recreational League in Irvine and Garden Grove.
As part of a community partnership, schools can participate in a Credit Program where:
For every student who registers for the MLS GO Recreational League, the school community earns a $25 Playtime Sports Education credit.
2. How the $25 Playtime Credit Works
Step 1 – School Participation
Schools shares league information with families.
No facilities, staffing, or administrative handling required.
Step 2 – Family Registration
Families register directly with SoCal Reds FC for the MLS GO league.
During registration, families select their child’s school.
Step 3 – Credit Accumulation
For every registered student connected to a school:

$25 is added to that school’s Playtime Credit balance.

Credits accumulate throughout the registration period.
Step 4 – School Benefit Use
The accumulated Playtime Credits may be used for:

Free after-school enrichment sessions

Lunchtime Sports
-
Before school activity programs
-
PE support programming
-
School-wide field day activities
-
Scholarship spots for students in need
-
PTA-sponsored community sports events
Credits directly fund programming for the school community. No cash exchange or substitution for cash.
All credits will be reconciled by August 31st 2026 and shared directly with each school.
Example Impact
Students Registered = Playtime Credit Earned
20 students = $500 in program credit
40 students = $1,000 in program credit
75 students = $1,875 in program credit
100 students = $2,500 in program credit
There is no cap.The more students participate, the more programming value the school receives.
