The SoCal Reds FC MLS NEXT U15s made club history this spring, becoming the first team in SoCal Reds history to record a victory at MLS NEXT FLEX, one of the most competitive youth soccer showcases in North America.
Held from April 23–28, 2026, in Frisco, Texas, MLS NEXT FLEX brought together top clubs from across the country, providing players with an opportunity to compete against elite opposition in front of college, professional, and national team scouts.
The Reds rose to the occasion.
In a thrilling and hard-fought match, the U15s earned a memorable 3-2 victory over Ironbound SC, showcasing the quality, resilience, and competitive mentality that continues to define the club's MLS NEXT pathway.
After battling through a highly competitive environment against some of the nation's top programs, the result marked a significant milestone—not only for the players and coaching staff, but for the continued growth of SoCal Reds FC as a whole.
A Historic Achievement
Since joining MLS NEXT, SoCal Reds FC has continued to push standards higher each season. This victory represents another important step forward in the club's development and serves as a testament to the hard work of the players, coaches, families, and staff who have helped build the program.
