SOCAL REDS FC LAUNCHES BRAND NEW INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC AFFILIATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Paul Bright appointed EVP of Elite Programs and Development as SoCal Reds FC begins the next phase of its domestic and international growth.
SoCal Reds FC is proud to announce the official launch of its International & Domestic Affiliate Development Program, a major strategic initiative designed to expand the club’s reach across the United States and internationally while creating an ambitious global network of Reds clubs and partners.
The program will be led by Paul Bright, EVP of Elite Programs and Development, working alongside the club’s leadership and international development team to identify, establish and grow long-term partnerships with ambitious soccer organizations around the world.
The launch represents much more than geographic expansion. SoCal Reds is building a scalable partnership platform that takes the club’s DNA, player pathway, technical expertise and professional operating standards into new communities while creating extraordinary opportunities for players, coaches, families and partner organizations.
The club’s long-term vision is to establish SoCal Reds as a nationally and internationally recognized organization for affiliation, player development, coach education and soccer experiences, supported by sustainable partnerships across domestic and international markets.

At the heart of the program will be a structured affiliate model designed for clubs at different stages of their development. Rather than offering affiliation in name alone, SoCal Reds will provide an integrated club growth platform, connecting technical development with coach education, player pathways, community programming, operational systems, marketing, family feedback and measurable organizational growth.
International and domestic affiliates will also have opportunities to connect their players and coaches with a growing calendar of camps, tournaments, international travel, college identification, education and development experiences.

Our opportunity is to bring those organizations into the Reds family without losing what makes them successful in their own communities. We want to work alongside our partners, understand what they need and provide a framework that helps them become stronger clubs."

Every Reds club and affiliate has to represent our standards, our values and our commitment to creating exceptional 10 out of 10 experiences for young people.”
The International & Domestic Affiliate Development Program forms part of a broader long-term strategy to create repeatable growth platforms across affiliation, education, camps, tours, tournaments and strategic partnerships, while maintaining measurable standards for quality, retention, partner satisfaction and brand alignment.
