Welcome Our New Boys Academy Assistant Director - Eduardo Castellanos

We’re excited to officially welcome Eduardo Castellanos to SoCal Reds FC as our new Boys Academy Assistant Director.

Eddie will play a key leadership role within our Elite Academy platform, helping elevate standards, strengthen player pathways, and continue building an environment centered on excellence, development, and opportunity.

In addition to his academy leadership, Eddie will oversee and expand our camps and international tours, taking our players’ experiences to another level.

From Sweden to Spain, England, France, and the Netherlands, our international programming will provide exposure to different playing styles, cultures, and competitive environments — creating truly life-changing football journeys.

Eddie brings a deep passion for player development and a commitment to raising standards both on and off the pitch. His vision aligns perfectly with our mission to develop complete players and provide pathways that extend beyond the local game.
