Gary Gibson Joins SoCal Reds FC as Director of International Development!

SoCal Reds FC is pleased to welcome Gary Gibson as the club’s new Director of International Development.

Gary brings more than 20 years of experience across professional football, academy development, international partnerships, and player development. During his time with Rangers FC, he helped expand international soccer academies across 12 countries, reaching more than 20,000 participants and developing partnerships across markets including the USA, Australia, China, India, the UAE, and the Far East.

In his role with SoCal Reds, Gary will lead the club’s international development efforts, including partnerships, international camps, tournaments and events, coach education pathways, and new academic opportunities for aspiring football professionals.

His experience will support SoCal Reds FC’s continued growth internationally while creating new pathways and opportunities for players, coaches, and families within the club.

We are excited to welcome Gary to the Reds and look forward to the experience and leadership he will bring as the club continues to expand its international presence.
