Every Junior Reds team will have a coach.

If a parent volunteers, they will coach the team with ongoing support and resources from our professional coaching staff.

If no parent volunteers, SoCal Reds FC will provide professional coaching for the team.
Every player will receive our Professional Trainer Experience, regardless of who coaches their team and there are multiple time slots each week - exact day and times for each age group is communicated before the program starts in August.
